How many free credits to I get?⬙
With the free plan, you get 1000 Smart (GPT 4o mini) credits per day. All of our plans’ credits refresh daily. That’s right, including free!
How does pricing work?⬙

$15.00 / 1M output tokens
gpt-4o mini
$0.15 / 1M input tokens
$0.60 / 1M output tokens
We charge 3% as a service fee. Simply put, when you send a content window of 1000 tokens, you will use 1030 credits. This helps us add more useful tools and integrations to Thinkforce that you want to see!
Please note, the longer the conversation, the more it will cost to send a message since it adds to your content window. We also offer the option to clear chat.

How do I train my AI mind?⬙
Using prompts and documents. Supported file types for training are .pdf, .txt, .docx, .json, .html ,.zip, .cvs (10mb max / upload )
Can I see the conversations my client team is having with my AI mind?⬙
No, all threads are private to each user.
Do my team see the documents and prompts I used to train my AI mind?⬙
No, only the admin role is allowed to see your prompts and memory stored in each mind; to ensure you can develop a safe, and unique environment for collaboration. By default, each user starts as a “Member” vs “Admin”.
Can I create private minds that only I can see?⬙
Not yet but it is in the works!
What happens when I run out of credits?⬙
Your credits are distributed over 30 days and refresh every 24 hours. When you run out of credits you have two choices, you can either upgrade or wait 24 hours for the refresh. You have access to GPT 4o mini (Smart) and GPT4o (Genius). 4o mini cost much less than 4o so you can switch between the two for added control of credit spending. Disabling tools will also save a lot of credits.
NOTE: Your members will use the same model that you have enabled and can not change this.
What plugins are available with Thinkforce? ⬙
Is my data secure with Thinkforce?⬙
Yes! We do not store any data once it has been deleted from the memory or cleared within the chat. We also do not share data with any third parties other than Open AI’s vector based database. Open AI’s policy prevents them from using data sent through the API to train their agents.
What is the difference between Smart and Genius⬙
Smart uses Open AI GPT 4o mini, while genius uses GPT 4o
Can I use thinkforce for things outside of work?⬙
Yes! Thinkforce, while it is made to enhance productivity and encourage exploration. It can be used as a personal assistant and even connecting to Zapier to automate simpler tasks like making reservations on Open Table. 🙂
I already have an Open AI membership. Can I use my LLM API key with your user interface?⬙
No. Sorry!
I subscribed but I didn't get all of my credits.⬙
Credits are distributed over 30 days. Total monthly credits / 30 days. We do it this way because we want people to get used to turning tools on and off, and swapping between 4o mini and 4o. Think of it as a way to avoid burning through all of their credits due to the lack of oversight of turning plugins off. Just sending a message with a plugin turned on can drain credits at an alarming rate.
